Privacy notice
This notice covers what Banking Meetings does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect little.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through the site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean writing back with the buyer ledger you asked for, or replying to a question. We do not add you to a list or use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at Banking Meetings who handle your request and by the services that host this site and its form.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The page fonts load from a font service, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it fetches a file.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to jacqueline.irving@bankingmeetings.co, or send the request through the contact form. If you ever want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" and we will.
